User Name and Password
You will be prompted to set up a user name and password on the system. Once
you've selected a unique name, you'll be asked to re-enter the name and begin
the submission process.
Application
The submission process includes a rather detailed form. We want to know as
much about you as possible so that we know the best course of action to help
you. Once you've filled out your application, you'll be instructed on where
to send your materials and how to submit payment (either with your book or
online via paypal). The whole process shouldn't take more than about 15 minutes.
